Welcome Team, Chronically Fabulous! My name is Mandy and I was recently diagnosed with Lupus in 2022. It has been quite the challenging year but with support of my husband, son, friends and family I'm quickly learning how to navigate this new normal and embrace living #chronicallyfabulous! 

What is lupus? Lupus is a chronic (long-term) disease that can cause inflammation and pain in any part of your body. It's an autoimmune disease, which means that your immune system, that usually fights infections…attacks healthy tissue instead!

I will be joining the Lupus Foundation of America in the Walk to End Lupus Now. I would love for you to join me at the walk! Every step and every dollar raised brings us one step closer to a cure for Lupus. The walk is Saturday, September 30th 2023 at the The Ellipse on the National Mall in Washington D.C.

10:00am-  Walk Begins

Distance: 1.8 miles
