Welcome to our fundraising team page.

Come join Oriah's Fight Club and Walk to End Lupus Now!. For those that don't know the story, my daughter Oriah was diagnosed with Lupus SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus) at the very early age of 12. She is now 18, and is thriving with school and work and is dedicated to slap Lupus right across the face. She is a strong willed, strong minded and a beautiful soul. Join our team and walk with us, make a donation, share the word about bringing an awareness, create your own team page to help raise funds or simply say a prayer for finding the cure. Thank you very much for your time, your effort, your donation and your support/prayers from the bottom of my heart. My goal is to become the Top Fundraising Team and 4-Peat!!!!  $15,000 is the focus for this year, please help me get there.  The walk will be a virtual experience on 10.10.20 this year to keep everyone safe during this time.

Will you join our team and help us reach our fundraising goal? You’ll be supporting the Foundation's efforts to improve the quality of life for all people affected by lupus. You can also support by making a secure contribution on our walk page. Every single dollar counts!

Did you know?

  • Lupus is a mysterious and misunderstood autoimmune disease. It strikes without warning, affects each person differently, and has no known causes or cure.
  • Lupus symptoms can be severe and highly unpredictable and can damage any organ or tissue, from the skin or joints to the heart or kidneys.
  • While lupus can strike anyone at any time, 90% of people living with lupus are women. Women of color are at especially high risk.
  • Only one drug has ever been developed and approved by the US Food and Drug Administration specifically to treat the disease.

Together, we can solve the cruel mystery of lupus. Join our team today and support our efforts!
