Raising awareness for Lupus is important to me because my mom has lupus. It impacts me daily because she has less energy than the average person due to this disease and affects my daily life. It’s much worse for her. I want her to feel like she has enough energy to last throughout the day. That’s why researching lupus is important so we can fight the disease and prevent people we care about from getting worse. And that’s why raising awareness and funds for lupus is important to me.
I will be walking in San Francisco on Sunday, October 27, 2024. I am joining thousands of people across the country for the Walk to End Lupus Now®. I hope that you will join me either by lacing up your sneakers or by donating to my fundraising page.
You can make a difference by donating to help me reach my personal fundraising goal and support the Foundation's efforts to improve the quality of life for all people affected by lupus! A generous contribution of $10 or $25 or $55 can make a definite impact. Every single dollar counts.Did you know?Lupus is a mysterious and misunderstood autoimmune disease.
