Lupus Blows, Theresa Knows!

Last year was another record-setting year for LBTK, as we raised a whopping $25,225, the most we've ever accomplished in one summer, and for the 2nd straight year, it placed us in the top 5 nationally in fundraising! This year's event will be on Saturday, October 19th at Chandler Fashion Mall! For the past 27 years, Theresa has been living with lupus, and since 2007, Lupus Blows, Theresa Knows has raised over $181,000 toward lupus research and programs/services that benefit lupus warriors like Theresa. We have 2 goals this year - to beat last year's total, and if we do that, we'll surpass $200,000 raised by LBTK. Also, we'll be honoring Dave's dad, Don, this year, who passed away in April. He was one of the "Original 6" when LBTK showed up in Naperville in 2007. The walk was a very important cause to him, so help us honor his memory while celebrating Theresa & her fellow lupus warriors. Local family & friends, please check your calendars and join us on 10/19!
