Please join me and support the mission of the Lupus Foundation of America. I will be running the Philadelphia Marathon on November 24, 2024 with the goal of raising critical funds for the estimated 1.5 million people living with lupus in the United States.
In addition to supporting the Foundation's efforts to improve the quality of life for all people affected by lupus, I am specifically fundraising for my younger sister, Natalie, who is living with lupus.
Lupus Facts:
- Lupus is a complex autoimmune disease that is hard to define and affects each person differently.
- Lupus symptoms can be severe and highly unpredictable and can impact any organ or tissue.
- Although there is currently no cure, significant efforts for therapeutic advancement and scientific discovery have been undertaken.
