Join us for our next PNW Lupus & You: Listening at 5:30pm pacific time.  Our special guest speaker, Cobi Konadu discusses Listening: how to cultivate a more loving presence with ourselves. Practicing the art of listening to our body is a skill that supports better communication, empowerment and ease in our lives. When we are able to understand the language of our body then we are better able to support its needs.

In this talk we will cover:
- What is listening?
- How do we know when we’re listening?
- Ways to cultivate a listening practice.

Cobi Konadu is a licensed specialized in somatic therapy working primarily with chronic illness and trauma. The work she offers helps clients begin to regulate their nervous system to create more resilience within their system - creating an opportunity to live a more fulfilling life.

Her journey as a somatic therapist deepened in 2019 when she was diagnosed with Lupus. Through her own healing experiences, there is an intimate understanding of what it is like to live with chronic pain, fatigue and emotional upset. All things that can greatly affect the quality of a person's life.

Lupus has become this amazing teacher that has shaped the way she approaches life and the care of the clients she works with.

She offers a combined 20+ years in the field of wellness working with clients all over the world to deliver 1-1 sessions, teach group courses and develop educational curriculum. Her private practice is located in Seattle where she offers both in person and Telehealth sessions - www.cobikonadu.com
