Join us for our second Pacific Northwest Lupus & You event of the year, which will focus on "Managing Lupus at Work." We’ll discuss how to request workplace accommodations, review legal protections for people with lupus, and more. As employers continue to announce plans for returning to the office, you won’t want to miss this session!

Meet Our Speakers:

Erin Elsasser is from Seattle, Washington. She was diagnosed with SLE in 2008 in her mid-30s after 6 months of testing. She worked in a fast-paced environment for most of her career and after 25 years with the same company, took a medical leave of absence, then left the company in July 2020. Because of lupus, she was no longer able to work at the same level and pace.

She attended her first Lupus Foundation of America Advocacy Summit in Washington DC in 2019 and since then has enjoyed helping the Foundation and advocating for lupus warriors.

Hollie Egan is a Human Resources Consultant and Job Search Coach in the Seattle area. She brings her vast HR management experience to a wide variety of organizations and clients. She guides her clients on issues ranging from legal protections of employees to driving strong employee engagement, from organizational development to maximizing team/ company performance. She is also proud to be a successful coach to many people changing jobs or re-entering the workforce.
