This is a great way to stay grounded.  Want to know a way to get life back on the right track?  How about being able to break down some giants that seem like daunting tasks?  Serita will teach you methods that she uses with her clients to stay grateful, positive, and focused.  This class will focus on: Breathing, Meditation, Gratitude, Focus, and Goal Alignment.  Prepare to be relaxed and rejuvenated at the same time.
