The Lupus Foundation of America is excited to invite you to attend the 2020 National Lupus Advocacy Summit at The Mayflower Hotel in Washington, DC from March 15-17! Before proceeding to the registration page, please note the following information:

Hotel rooms. Our room block at the The Mayflower Hotel is now open, and the group rate is $304/night plus taxes and fees. Once you have submitted your registration, the confirmation page will include the link to reserve rooms in our block, and the link will also be included in the confirmation email you receive. Please note that you are not required to stay at The Mayflower Hotel to participate in the Summit.

Purchasing multiple tickets. You may purchase multiple tickets when completing a single registration form, but we still need to know the names of each person who will attend the Summit. You may register up to 5 people (including yourself) for the Summit on one registration page. If you need to register more than 5 people, please contact Travis Smith at 202-212-6778 or SmithT@lupus.org.

Capitol Hill meetings. On March 17, advocates attending the Summit will head to Capitol Hill to meet with their members of Congress. We will schedule these meetings for you based on the address you provide in your registration - please do not schedule your own meetings. If you are registering multiple people who live at different addresses and would like to meet with their own members of Congress, please contact Travis Smith at 202-212-6778 or SmithT@lupus.org - otherwise, everyone you register will be scheduled into the same meetings based on the address you provide.

Registration fees. The Summit registration fee is $50 per attendee. The registration fee is waived for attendees under 21. When you reach the bottom of the registration page, enter the number of people in your party over 21 in the box next to "National Lupus Advocacy Summit" and enter the number of people in your party under 21 in the box next to "National Lupus Advocacy Summit (under 21)." Once you have submitted your registration, we will check to ensure the tickets purchased match the birthdays entered. If you have purchased tickets at the under 21 level and no one in your party is under 21, you will be notified and your registration will be cancelled.
