The Lupus Foundation of America is excited to invite you to attend the 2019 National Lupus Advocacy Summit. A link to the registration page is below. When registering, please note the following instructions.

Purchasing multiple tickets. You may purchase multiple tickets when completing a single registration form, but we still need to know the names of each person who will attend the Summit. You may register up to 5 people (including yourself) for the Summit on one registration page. If you need to register more than 5 people, please contact Travis Smith at 202-212-6778.

Registration fees. The Summit registration fee is $50 per attendee - there is no registration fee for attendees under the age of 21. When you reach the bottom of the registration page, enter the amount of people in your party over 21 in the box next to "National Lupus Advocacy Summit" and enter the number of people in your party under 21 in the box next to "National Lupus Advocacy Summit (under 21)." Once you have submitted your registration, we will check to ensure the tickets purchased match the birthdays entered - if you have purchased tickets at the under 21 level and no one in your party is under 21, you will be notified and your registration will be cancelled.

Reserving hotel rooms. After you register, you will receive information on how to reserve your hotel room at a discounted rate within the Lupus Foundation of America’s room block at The Mayflower Hotel. The room rate is $299 per night (single/double occupancy). Please note that you are not required to stay in the host hotel in order to attend the Summit.

Please contact Travis Smith at SmithT@lupus.org or 202-212-6778 if you have any questions.
